Well, I am home,and glad to be here . Mom is out of the hospital and back home and doing as well as can be expected. Her spirits are good, and as one of her caregivers said: "She is a tough old gal"! We left around noon Monday, noting that she was back home and under good care. There is a nurse that comes in to check on her and the therapist also comes in (don't know how often for either), but she is looked over and after by the 2 male caregivers and the 3-4 on-call others (female). She said her stay at the hospital was good, except she didn't get much sleep. I talk to her at least once a day, and the CGers call me at least once to let me know all is well.
